fog head

$30.00

From the artist, Jeff Lewis:

“Fog Head” is a tongue-in-cheek nod to smoking, but also a symptom of my Parkinson’s that affects me. I find it challenging to remember basic things. There are times I will start a conversation with a thought, then completely lose track of where I was going with it. This is frustrating to me because I am a conversationalist by nature.  In “Fog Head”, you will see the messy, conglomeration of thoughts in this head, which is a representation of this.  I drew the character ambiguously, so it others may relate.

The Michael J. Fox Foundation has been a force in the funding of studies and research to find a cure for Parkinson’s. They are reputable and have supplied funding and support to the medical field to help advance research in the last 10 years or so, which would not have been possible without the foundation’s monetary support across the globe.

This foundation is close to my heart because, like MJF, I was diagnosed with this disease at a very young age of 35. He was diagnosed at the age of 29. There is still so much we don’t know about Parkinson’s, but more and more progress is being made every year — both promising and timely as studies have shown the number of cases has increased in the past five years.

This feminine cut classic tee provides a fashionably casual look, adorned with one-of-a-kind artwork. Five percent from every purchase will be donated to The Michael J. Fox Foundation.
